Gangi MUSUHI is a special sake with a unique background and dedication to quality. This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, organically grown in the terraced fields of So, Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, which were revived after being abandoned due to the heavy rains in western Japan in 20181.

“MUSUHI” uses Yamada Nishiki rice cultivated through natural farming methods. The name “MUSUHI” is inspired by the gods Takamimusubi and Kamimusubi from the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki, who are associated with myths of resurrection1. The name embodies the energy of creation, the energy of returning to the origin, and the energy of rebirth from death1.
